General: Puzzling Packages Industries LLC (“PPI”) collects personal information from you as part of your use of PPI’s Site and/or purchase of PPI Purchases.  (“Site,” “PPI Purchases,” and other capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the same meanings as set forth in PPI’s Terms of Service, which is located here.

·       PPI respects your personal information and the importance of your understanding regarding how PPI collects, manages, and uses your personal information.

·       This Privacy Policy explains how we may use your personal information on the Site and any other digital platform (such as an app or an email communication) provided by PPI (collectively, the “PPI Services”).

·       PPI does not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. The PPI Services and PPI Purchases are directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

·       PPI has no liability for the activities of third party websites, including any such websites that PPI may advertise or link to on the PPI Services.

·       The type of information that PPI collects depends upon what PPI Purchases you make and how you use those PPI Purchases and the Site.

·       The data that PPI collects from you will include:

·       Information that you provide to PPI directly (i.e., name, email, mailing address, phone number, birthday, log-in credentials, purchase, and payment details);

·       Information regarding your usage of the PPI Services;

·       Information that PPI may collect through tracking cookies and/or your digital device’s interactions with the PPI Services; and

·       Information that is collected when you access the PPI Services through a third-party digital platform (e.g., facebook or Google), including information related to or drawn from your accounts with those third-party platforms.

What PPI will not do with your personal information:

·       Develop and operate the PPI Services;

·       To comply with legal requirements or enforce the Agreement; or

·       As otherwise set forth in the Agreement.

·       PPI will not request personal information from you except for allowable and commercially justifiable reasons.

·       PPI will not store or use your personal information without utilizing commercially reasonable security measures to ensure the security of your personal information.

·       PPI will not work with a third party service provider unless that service provider has agreed to protect all PPI customer personal information.
